The Turnover Summary is a newly introduced report designed to streamline sequence-by-sequence tracking, a task that previously required navigating multiple screens and manually compiling spreadsheets. It provides a detailed breakdown of every project sequence, displaying three critical metrics for shots and assets independently: budgeted volume, turned-over volume, and remaining volume. By calculating separate completion percentages for shots and assets, the report avoids combined averages that obscure granular progress. Additionally, a dedicated vendor section details the most recent bidding rounds alongside a comprehensive vendor legend. Generated as a portrait PDF with a dedicated cover page, the report is accessible via the Generated Reports folder within the File Room, replacing the legacy spreadsheet format to deliver an immediate, presentation-ready asset.
